What is “church” all about? Why does the church exist?
Briefly stated, the ministry of the church is twofold:
- To bring people to saving faith in Christ and then assist them to grow in Christ-likeness;
- And to bring every believer into a vital, authentic relationship with God that glorifies God in thought, word, and deed.
The ultimate goal of the church is to present every one, both in the church and in the world, complete in Christ.
In addition to Sunday School, Adult Bible Fellowships, and the preaching of the Word on Sunday, Calvary Community Church has three active ministries that we encourage you to become familiar with.
